We prayed for everything, and we thanked God for being so good to us. We thanked God for the rain because it was raining a lot, and also, we gave thanks for our sponsors. We ate, and then we reviewed our Alturas rules in English. We sang Christmas songs in English, and we practiced courtesy words like “with your permission, thank you, with much pleasure,” etc.
In Math class, the kids used their individual whiteboards, and they liked doing addition and subtraction a lot.
The little ones learned to write numbers.
Also, in Spanish class, they learned the beginning of the words like ma,me,mi,mo,mu.
Also, we celebrated the birthdays of this month. They enjoyed the cake a lot, and we prayed for the kids who had their birthdays this month.
In the Bible lesson, we talked about when the angel appeared to the shepherds and announced that Jesus, our Savior, had been born. We reminded the kids that Jesus came to the world to take away our sins by dying on the cross to reconcile us to God. Thus, we have to celebrate Christmas to remember the birth of Jesus. Later, we made “angel crowns” out of plastic plates, and the kids put the crowns on their heads to pretend they they were angels, and we sang a song called “Aleluya,” and they enjoyed it a lot.

Oramos por todo y agradecimos a Dios por ser tan bueno con nosotros. Dimos gracias a Dios por la lluvia porque llovía mucho y también le dimos gracias por nuestros padrinos. Desayunamos y luego repasamos nuestras reglas de Alturas en Inglés. Cantamos música navideña en inglés y practicamos palabras de cortesía como “con permiso, gracias, con mucho gusto,” etc.
En la clase de matemáticas, los niños usaron sus pizarras individuales y les gusto’ mucho hacer sumas y restas.
Los más pequeños aprendieron a escribir números. También, en la clase de español, aprendieron el comienzo de palabras como ma,me,mi,mo,mu.
También, celebramos los cumpleaños de este mes. Disfrutaron el queque mucho y oramos por los cumpleañeros de este mes.
En la lección bíblica, hablamos de cuando el ángel se les presento’ a los pastores y anunció que había nacido Jesús, nuestro Salvador. Les recordamos a los niños que Jesús vino al mundo a llevar nuestros pecados al morir en la cruz para reconciliarnos con Dios.
Por eso, hay que celebrar la navidad porque recordamos el nacimiento de Jesús. Luego, hicimos “coronas de ángeles” de platos desechables y los niños se las pusieron las coronas en las cabezas para pretender que eran ángeles y cantamos una canción llamada “Aleluya” y lo disfrutaron mucho.
