Sábado, 29 Setiembre 2018

Los chicos se divertieron y jugaron “piedra papel y tijeras.” También,  jugaron de juntar pajillas y los que unieran más pajillas ganaron.

En la clase de inglés, se comportaron muy bien y practicaron vocabulario con Profe Amy. 

In Bible class, we learned that we should be docile- obedient to our parents instead of acting aggressively. Obedience pleases God!

The kids enjoyed themselves and played “rock, paper, and scissors.” Also, they played with straws and whoever put the most straws together won. 

In English class, they behaved well and practiced vocabulary with Teacher Amy.

En la clase de Biblia, aprendimos que debemos ser dóciles-obedientes a nuestros padres en vez de actuar con agresividad. La obediencia agrada a Dios!

Hoy repasamos los días de las semana en inglés.

Además, les pedimos que se hicieran un dibujo de ellos mismos y les explicamos que tenemos que amarnos como somos por que todos somos hechos a imagen y semejanza de Dios.

Además, celebramos los cumpleaños del mes de Setiembre.

Today, we reviewed the days of the week in English.

In addition, we asked them to make a drawing of themselves, and we explained to them that we have to love ourselves as we are because we are all made in God’s image and likeness.

In addition, we celebrated September’s birthdays.

Today, we had some youth help us, and they taught us that if we learn to recycle, we will have a cleaner world that will be greener, and if we take care of our rivers so that they do not have trash, we will have cleaner water. The youth brought arts and crafts activities to teach recycling. The little ones drew, and the bigger kids made arts and crafts out of recycled material. 

In the Bible lesson, we talked about taking care of our body since it is the temple of the Holy Spirit, and that when we contaminate it, the body suffers. 

In English class, we practiced oral pronunciation, and we had the kids write.

Hoy tuvimos unas jóvenes que ayudaron y nos enseñaron que si aprendemos a reciclar, tendremos un mundo más limpio que será más verde y si cuidamos nuestros ríos para que no tengan basura, tendremos aguas mas limpios.  Las jóvenes llevaron manualidades para enseñar reciclaje. Los más pequeños pintaron y las grandes confeccionaron una manualidad de material reciclado. 

En la lección bíblica, hablamos sobre el cuidado de nuestro cuerpo porque somos templo del Espíritu Santo y que cuando lo contaminamos, el cuerpo sufre. 

En la clase de inglés, practicamos  pronunciaciones orales y pusimos a los niños a escribir.

Hoy repasamos los colores en inglés. 

Además, les recordamos que Dios es lo más importante en nuestras vidas. 

También, les dijimos que es por medio de Jesús, que recibimos el perdón de todos nuestros pecados.

Today, we reviewed the colors in English.

In addition, we reminded them that God is the most important person in our lives.

Also, we told them that it is by way of Jesus that we receive forgiveness for all of our sins.

In English class, we practiced vowels, numbers, and Alturas’ rules.

We played “hot potato” while the nutritionist arrived to measure and weigh the kids one by one. 

In the Bible lesson, we talked about that when we are close to God, He covers us  like an umbrella covers us from getting wet by the rain. Also, we talked about how the Father loves His Son, Jesus, and how He loves each of us so He sent His only Son, Jesus, to be the only way to heaven.

En la clase de inglés, practicamos las vocales, los números y las reglas de Alturas. 

Jugamos “papa caliente” mientras llegaba la nutricionista que los midió y pesó a todos uno por uno. 

En la lección bíblica, hablamos de que cuando estamos cerca de Dios, El nos cubre como un paraguas nos cubre de la lluvia para que no nos mojamos. También, hablamos de que así como el Padre ama a su hijo, Jesús, así Dios ama a cada uno de nosotros tanto que envió a su único Hijo, Jesús para ser el único camino al cielo.
