Today at Alturas, we prayed for the day, and we thanked God for having good health. Also, as always, we prayed for God to bless all of our sponsors for the food and all that they provide for Alturas.
In English class, there was a verbal practice of all that they had learned. Also, the kids did a test of words that described different drawings.
In Bible class, they did a review of Joseph’s story. The children saw the illustrations, and afterwards, they answered questions. We affirmed that God does not leave His children alone. God will always help us regardless of the circumstances. What God says He will do, He will fulfill it just like He said; for example, when He fulfilled what He promised to Joseph that everyone would bow down in front of him when he was governor or Egypt.
In the second part, they played various games like “crazy stick,” which is a game that consists in having a child in the center with a stick, and the other kids walk around the circle, and suddenly the kid in the center calls one of those who is walking around and lets go of the stick so that the other can grab it.
In the second game, they run and go around the cone and go after each classmates until they get them all. The team that gets them all and arrives at the finish line wins. They had a lot of fun.

Hoy en Alturas, oramos por el día y agradecimos a Dios por tener buena salud. También, como siempre oramos para que Dios bendiga a todos los padrinos por los alimentos y todo lo que proveen para Alturas.
En la clase de inglés, hubo una práctica verbal de lo que ellos ha aprendido. También, los niños hicieron un exámen de palabras que describieron los dibujos diferentes.
En la clase bíblica, hicieron un recorrido de la historia de José. Los niños vieron las láminas y después contestaban preguntas. Afirmamos que Dios no deja solo a sus hijos. Dios siempre nos va a ayudar sin importar el problema. Lo que Dios dice, El lo cumple justo como El dijo; por ejemplo, como cumplió lo que prometió a José cuando le dijo que todos un día se postrarían ante el cuando fue gobernador de Egipto.
En la segunda parte, hicieron varios juegos como el “palo loco”que es un juego que consiste en tener un niño en el centro con un palo y los demás giran y de repente, el niño del centro llama a uno de los que anda alrededor y suelta el palo para que el otro lo atrape. En el segundo juego, ellos corren y dan la vuelta a un cono y va por su compañero hasta alcanzar a todos. El equipo que alcanza a todos y llegue al punto de partida gana.
Se divertieron mucho.
