Today, the class was very beautiful. We prayed to bless our sponsors for all that they do to bless us, even though they have never met us.
In the English lesson, we celebrated “Farmer’s Day.” The kids learned the names of fruits in English, and held up posters that were drawn like certain fruits, and that had the name of the fruit on them. Then, we ran and played.
In the Bible class, we talked about how the way to communicate with God is through prayers, and that we used the small Bibles to tell them the story that is in Acts 3, where it talks about Peter who met a lame beggar. The lame man asked him for an offering, but Peter told him “I do not have silver or gold, but what I have I give you,” and The lame man was healed. Migdalia told them that God healed her thyroid problem. We told them that if they had a relative who is sick, we would pray for them for God to heal them. We explained to them that praying with faith can bring healing to the sick. We must believe in God’s ability to heal us if He so desires. In the arts and crafts time, we made praying hands to remind us to pray because God hears us.

Hoy la clase fue muy linda. Oramos para bendecimos a nuestros patrocinadores por todo lo que ellos hacen para bendecirnos, aún sin conocernos.
Hoy celebramos “el día del Agricultor.” Los niños aprendieron los nombres de las frutas en inglés y sostuvieron posters que eran dibujados con el nombre de la fruta en el póster. Luego, corrimos y jugamos.
En la clase bíblica, hablamos de que el medio para comunicarnos con Dios es la oración y usamos las Biblias pequeñas para contarles la historia que está en Hechos 3, donde habla de que Pedro conoció a un méndigo cojo. El cojo le pidió limosna a Pedro, pero Pedro le dijo “no tengo oro ni plata pero lo que tengo te doy” y el cojo fue sano. Migdalia les dijo que Dios le sano’ de un problema de tiroides. Le pedimos de que si tenían un familiar que estaba enfermo que íbamos a orar por ellos. Les explicamos que orar con fe puede traer sanidad a los enfermos. Debemos creer en la habilidad de Dios de sanarnos si así lo desea El.
En el trabajo manual, hicimos unas manitas juntas para recordarnos orar porque Dios nos oye.
