The kids enjoyed making dolls out of Play Do. They played Jenga.
In English class, we saw vocabulary words that had to do with professions like: teacher, engineer, doctor, accountant, and fireman. Afterwards, we made questions and answers with examples like:
“Who am I? I am an engineer?”
Also, we celebrated birthdays.
In the Bible lesson, Manuel spoke about the Prophet Elijah who was afraid of Jezabel, who was a prophet who threatened him. Due to this fear, Elijah hid himself in a cave, but God visited him and told him to eat, drink, and get up because there were still 7,000 men who had not bowed their knees to pagan gods. We learned that we need to be obedient always, not be afraid, and remember that there are other people besides us who are obeying God, even though we cannot see them, but God does see them.

En la clase de inglés, vimos vocabulario de profesiones como: profesor, ingeniero, doctor, contador y bombero. Después, hicimos preguntas y respuestas con ejemplos como:

También, celebramos los cumpleaños.
En la lección bíblica, Manuel habló del profeta Elías cuando tuvo miedo de Jezebel, quien era una profeta que lo amenazo’. Debido a ese miedo, Elías se metió en una cueva, pero Dios lo visito’ y le dijo que comiera, bebiera y se levantara porque todavian 7,000 hombres no habían doblado las rodillas a dioses paganos. Aprendimos que siempre tenemos que ser obedientes y no tener miedo al recordar qué hay más personas que nosotros que también están obedeciendo a Dios, aunque no los vemos pero Dios si los ve.
